Description specifies the basic operations for a tab controller.

Methods' Summary
setModel	sets the tab controller model.
getModel	returns the tab controller model.
setContainer	set the control container.
getContainer	returns the control container.
getControls	returns all controls of the control container.
autoTabOrder	enables automatic tab order.
activateTabOrder	activates tab order.
activateFirst	sets the focus to the first control that can be reached with the TAB key.
activateLast	sets the focus to the last control that can be reached with the TAB key.
