A bug report for this failure has been entered at plone.org. If you see this error in other instances, a manager can go to the Plone Setup's Error Log, then click on the hyperlink for the error in the table. In the body of the error report, click the link for text view. Copy&paste the text file and list the actions that were performed to produce the error and include this info in a bug report at plone.org.
