I cannot seem to print on Linux, what do I do ?

First you should make sure that you can print from the command line. Once you can do this then it should be trivial to use that same command line option as the arguments in the program spadmin

Printing to PDF does not seem to maintain hyperlinks ?

This feature is not yet supported, but it is aimed for version 2.0. However there are workarounds including PDF995 .
